McCutchen Planning & Design (MPD) is my independent design practice, where I support developers with site planning, land acquisition strategies, and early-stage project guidance. I combine a background in urban design with practical insights to help developers make informed, strategic decisions about their projects. See some examples below:

Fukushima Redesign
I worked with another design team to create a proposal for the redesign of the Fukushima site, focusing on resilience, environmental restoration, and honoring the cultural and historical significance of the area.

Dogan Street
Over the course of several months I worked with the developer and local jurisdiction to create a site with multiple housing types for the community.

Rosebud Lane
This project was designed to support 34 townhomes while respecting the single family homes near by. The community features a running path and park amenities.

Mimosa Drive
We worked on creating a site plan to accommodate a new ADU under the new legislation passed for the town.
